35mm² Flexible Power Cable 450/750V Stranded Copper for Industrial Heating & Grounding
The 35mm² flexible power cable is a high-performance wire specially designed for industrial heating equipment and grounding systems. With a rated voltage of 450/750V, it adopts a multi-strand stranded copper core structure, which combines excellent conductivity and flexibility, and can play a stable role in complex industrial environments.
The conductor part is made of high-purity electrolytic copper through fine stranding, with 61 strands (single wire diameter 0.8mm). This structure not only improves the flexibility of the cable, making it easy to bend and fold, adapting to the needs of frequent movement of equipment or laying in narrow spaces, but also enhances the tensile and fatigue resistance, which can withstand long-term vibration and mechanical stress. The conductivity of high-purity copper ensures low resistance loss, reduces energy waste when industrial heating equipment operates at high current, and provides a low-impedance path for the grounding system to ensure electrical safety.
The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or silicone rubber with a temperature resistance level of 105℃, which has excellent heat resistance, aging resistance and insulation strength. Among them, the silicone rubber insulated version can work stably in the extreme temperature range of -60℃ to 180℃, perfectly adapting to the wiring scenarios of high-temperature equipment such as industrial electric furnaces, heating furnaces and hot air blowers; the XLPE insulated version has outstanding performance in moisture resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for humid or slightly corrosive industrial environments. The thickness of the insulation layer is uniform and not less than 1.2mm, and has passed strict voltage withstand test (AC 1500V/5min without breakdown), effectively blocking current leakage.
The flexible characteristics of the cable make it highly advantageous in installation. It can be directly passed through restricted spaces such as equipment interlayers and pipeline gaps without complex bending tools, greatly reducing construction difficulty. In the field of industrial heating, the current-carrying capacity of 35mm² wire diameter reaches 110A (at 30℃ ambient temperature), which can meet the power transmission needs of high-power heating elements (such as electric furnaces above 20kW); in the grounding system, its low-impedance characteristics can quickly conduct fault current, and with the yellow-green insulation layer (special color for grounding), it ensures the reliability and identifiability of the grounding loop.
The product complies with domestic and foreign standards such as GB/T 5023 and IEC 60228, and has passed various tests such as weather resistance, ozone resistance and flame retardancy (optional UL94 V-0 grade). The outer sheath is made of oil-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or neoprene, which has wear resistance, ultraviolet resistance and oil resistance, extending the service life of the cable in industrial workshops, outdoor equipment and other scenarios.
In addition, the cable supports customized lengths (usually 100 meters/roll, which can be cut as needed), and provides basic colors such as black and gray and yellow-green (special for grounding) options, facilitating cable differentiation and management in the system. During the production process, each batch of products undergoes conductor resistance, insulation resistance, partial discharge and other indicators testing to ensure stable quality.
To sum up, with its high-conductivity stranded copper core, temperature-resistant insulation layer, excellent flexibility and multi-scenario adaptability, the 35mm² flexible power cable has become an ideal choice for industrial heating equipment power supply and grounding systems. It can not only ensure efficient energy consumption during heating, but also provide a solid guarantee for industrial safety production through reliable grounding.
