The 12/20/24kv NFC 33 226 cable is a high-performance medium-voltage solution engineered for both overhead and underground (souterrain) applications, featuring 3×240mm² aluminum conductors and XLPE insulation. Compliant with French standard NFC 33-226, it operates across 12kv, 20kv, and 24kv networks, making it versatile for urban grids, industrial zones, and rural electrification.​ The "Hta" designation indicates enhanced heat resistance, enabling continuous operation at 90°C with short-term overloads up to 130°C, while "Cis" certifies suitability for integrated installations. Its "Torsade" twisted design reduces electromagnetic interference and improves flexibility, simplifying deployment in tight underground trenches or overhead spans.​ XLPE insulation delivers exceptional dielectric strength (30kV/mm), UV resistance, and moisture barrier properties, withstanding -40°C to 90°C. The 3×240mm² aluminum conductors balance conductivity (61% IACS) and lightweight efficiency, reducing installation stress. Armor options (aluminum/steel) enhance mechanical protection for underground use, making it a robust choice for medium-voltage power transmission.
