Cross-linking treatment usually adopts warm water cross-linking or steam cross-linking, through chemical reaction to make cross-linked polyethylene molecules form a three-dimensional network structure, so as to improve its high-temperature resistance and aging resistance. After the cross-linking treatment is completed, the PVC sheath is extruded outside.
Then there is the cabling process. The four conductors wrapped with insulation layer are stranded according to a certain stranding direction and pitch to form a 4-Core Cable.
