The cross-sectional area of the conductor has a wide range, covering 1.5mm² to 800mm². Among them, the specifications of 1.5mm² to 10mm² are often used for small underground distribution branches, such as courtyard lighting, power supply for small irrigation equipment, etc.; the specifications of 16mm² to 95mm² are suitable for medium-power underground power transmission and distribution, such as community underground distribution systems, underground wiring in small factories, etc.; the large cross-sectional area specifications of 120mm² to 800mm² can meet the high-power power transmission needs of large municipal engineering, main transmission lines in industrial plants, etc. The conductor structure is multi-strand bunch stranding, and the stranding method adopts regular stranding, with the pitch ratio controlled between 12-20 times. (4) Production Process

The production process of the A2xfy, 2xfy, A2xwy, 2xwy series cables is advanced and rigorous, ensuring high quality and high performance of the products.
The conductor manufacturing process is the basic link in cable production. First, high-purity oxygen-free copper ingots are made into copper rods through smelting, casting and other processes, and the diameter of the copper rods depends on the final conductor specifications. Then, the copper rods are drawn into Copper Wires of the required diameter through a continuous wire drawing machine. During the wire drawing process, emulsion is used for cooling and lubrication to ensure the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the copper wires. The drawn copper wires need to be annealed. For armored cables, after the sheath is extruded, armoring treatment is required. Steel tape or steel wire is wrapped around the sheath surface through an armoring machine, and the winding tension should be uniform to ensure that the armor layer is tight and firm and plays an effective protective role.
Throughout the production process, quality inspection runs through. When raw materials enter the factory, strict performance testing is carried out on copper rods, cross-linked polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. to ensure that they meet relevant standards; during the production process, online testing is carried out on the diameter of the conductor, the thickness of the insulation layer and sheath layer, the outer diameter of the cable, etc.; finished cables need to undergo multiple tests such as withstand voltage test, insulation resistance test, partial discharge test, and mechanical performance test to ensure that each batch of cables meets the quality requirements.

(2) Transportation

The transportation mode is selected according to factors such as the quantity, specification and transportation distance of the cables. For short-distance transportation (distance within 500 kilometers) and small batches of cables, road transportation is usually adopted. The transport vehicles are trucks with fixing devices, and the bottom of the truck compartment is flat with no sharp debris. When loading cables, the cable reels are placed upright in the compartment and firmly fixed on the columns on both sides of the compartment with steel wire ropes or fasteners to prevent the cable reels from sliding, tilting or turning over during transportation. A certain gap is left between the cable reels to avoid mutual collision. During transportation, the speed is controlled within 60 km/h, avoiding sudden braking, sharp turns and severe bumps.
For long-distance transportation (distance over 500 kilometers) and large quantities of cables, railway transportation is an ideal choice. Railway transportation uses special freight trains, and the cable reels are placed on flat cars and firmly fixed. During transportation, the railway department will track and supervise the goods throughout the process to ensure transportation safety. In addition, for areas with ports, water transportation can also be used. Water transportation has low cost and is suitable for transporting large quantities and long-length cables. During water transportation, the cable reels need to be placed in the cabin, and moisture-proof and anti-corrosion treatments should be done to avoid damage to the cables by seawater or humid air.
The following matters should also be noted during transportation: the cable reels must be placed upright, and inversion or flat placement is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the insulation layer and sheath due to cable extrusion; during transportation, the cables should be prevented from being exposed to the sun and rain. For uncovered transport tools, the cable reels must be tightly covered with rain cloth; during transportation in winter, thermal insulation measures should be taken to prevent the cables from becoming brittle and breaking at low temperatures; if special weather (such as heavy rain, heavy snow, strong wind, etc.) is encountered during transportation, transportation should be suspended, and the vehicles or ships should be parked at safe places, and transportation should continue after the weather improves.
Before transportation, the shipper will sign a detailed transportation contract with the carrier, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. At the same time, the relevant information of the cable and transportation precautions are provided to the carrier, and the carrier needs to train the transport personnel to ensure that they understand the correct operation methods. During transportation, special personnel are arranged to track and timely understand the transportation status of the goods. In case of emergencies, measures can be taken in time.

(3) Delivery

After the customer places an order, the sales department will immediately enter the order information into the system and transmit it to the production department and the warehouse department.
