Core Material Composition
Conductor: All series use high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%). The 25-35mm² specifications are stranded with 19 strands of fine Copper Wires (Class 2 conductors), and the 120-240mm² specifications are stranded with 37 strands. This not only ensures conductive performance (conductivity ≥58MS/m) but also improves Flexibility (not easy to break when bent). The copper wires are annealed (400-450°C), with a smooth surface and no oxidation, reducing current transmission resistance.
Insulation Layer: Two types of materials are used according to different models. Ar2V and Na2xy use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation (thickness 1.2-2.0mm), which is temperature-resistant from -15°C to 70°C and suitable for dry environments. Axv and Yakxs use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation (thickness 1.0-1.8mm), which is temperature-resistant from -40°C to 90°C and can withstand short-term overload up to 130°C, suitable for humid or large temperature difference scenarios. Both materials have excellent dielectric properties and stable dielectric constants.
Sheath: PVC Sheaths (Ar2V, Na2xy) are added with antioxidants, with a tensile strength of ≥12MPa and an elongation at break of ≥125%, which are wear-resistant and moderately priced. XLPE sheaths (Axv, Yakxs) have weather resistance, anti-ultraviolet aging, and can have a service life of more than 8 years when laid outdoors. Some models (such as Yakxs) have sheaths added with flame retardants (oxygen index ≥30%), which meet the GB/T 2406.2 flame retardant Class 1 standard.

Application Scenarios by Specification
4×25mm²: Suitable for power supply of small equipment (such as fans, water pumps, lighting distribution boxes), residential household distribution trunks, and independent circuits of commercial stores (power ≤45kW).
4×35mm²: Used for medium-sized equipment (such as injection molding machines, elevators), office building floor distribution branches, and municipal street lamp main lines (power ≤58kW).
4×120mm²: Adapted to large industrial equipment (such as CNC machine tools, compressors), commercial complex distribution trunks (from low-voltage cabinets to floors), and hospital operating room power supply (power ≤121kW).
4×240mm²: Used as the main cable of factory workshops, the main line of high-rise building strong current shafts, and the power supply of sewage treatment plant pump stations (power ≤210kW).
Model Scene Subdivision
Ar2V, Na2xy (PVC Insulation/sheath): Suitable for dry indoor environments (such as office buildings, residences), with moderate cost and convenient installation.
Axv, Yakxs (XLPE insulation/sheath): Adapted to humid (basement), outdoor (street lamp) or large temperature difference (northern regions) scenarios, with better weather resistance.
Axmk (with shielding layer): Used for precision instruments (such as laboratory equipment, PLC control cabinets) to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Key Production Processes
Conductor Stranding: A cage stranding machine is used, with a stranding pitch of 30-40 times the conductor diameter (the pitch of 25mm² is ≤80mm, and that of 240mm² is ≤180mm) to ensure structural stability.
Insulation Extrusion: A Φ65 extruder is used for PVC insulation (melting temperature 160-180°C), and a Φ90 extruder is used for XLPE insulation (200-220°C). An online thickness gauge is used to monitor the thickness in real-time (deviation ≤±0.1mm).
Cabling and Shielding: When four cores are cabled, non-woven fabric is wrapped for fixation. Shielded models are longitudinally wrapped with aluminum-plastic composite tape (overlap rate ≥20%) to ensure uniform shielding.
Sheath Extrusion: A Φ90-120 extruder is used to adjust the temperature according to the material (PVC 160-180°C, XLPE 200-220°C). The cooling water temperature is 20-30°C to avoid cracking, and a 15kV spark test is performed after extrusion to detect pinholes.
Quality Inspection Standards
Electrical performance: Conductor resistance, insulation resistance, withstand voltage test, partial discharge capacity;
Mechanical performance: Sheath tensile strength, insulation elongation at break, bending test (no cracks after bending);
Environmental adaptability: Ozone resistance (200ppm/72h no cracks), heat aging (80°C×168h performance retention rate ≥80%).

Transportation Specifications
Road Transportation: Loaded with a 6.8m or longer fence truck. A single vehicle can carry 30 reels of 25-35mm² (≤6t) and 10 reels of 120-240mm² (≤6t). The reels are placed flat and fixed, bound with steel wire ropes (rubber pads are placed at the contact points), and a 30cm gap is left between reels to prevent friction.
Loading and Unloading Requirements: When hoisting, hoist from the central axis (oblique hoisting is prohibited) and place it gently when landing. For short-distance handling, a manual forklift is used (fork depth ≥30cm), and the inclination angle is ≤15°.
Extreme Weather: Cover with a rain cloth (PU2000mm waterproof) on rainy days, and cover with a sunshade net at high temperatures (≥35°C) to avoid sheath aging.

Delivery Process
Order Processing: There are 5000m of spot goods for conventional models (Ar2V, Na2xy), which will be shipped within 24 hours. The production cycle of special models (Axv, Yakxs) is 7-10 days.
Logistics Selection: Send special line logistics within 500km (arrival in 2-3 days), and send a full truckload for more than 500km (arrival in 4-5 days). Provide logistics tracking numbers and real-time tracking.
Arrival Notification: Inform the logistics information within 2 hours after shipment, and send a text message to remind the recipient to prepare for unloading 24 hours before arrival.

Problem Handling
Response Time: Respond within 2 hours during working hours (8:00-18:00) and within 4 hours during non-working hours.
Solutions: Send repair kits (PVC tape + sealant) for slight sheath damage. For serious problems, reissue within 48 hours (urgent orders are prioritized for production).
On-site Support: When technical personnel need to be present, they will arrive in adjacent provinces within 24 hours and in remote areas within 48 hours (travel expenses are borne by the supplier).
