    Aluminum-copper conductor high-voltage cables are key equipment in the field of high-voltage power transmission. Their core advantage lies in combining the characteristics of aluminum and copper conductor materials, while covering various cross-sectional specifications such as 30mm², 50mm², and 95mm², which can meet the needs of different high-voltage transmission scenarios.​ In terms of conductor design, such cables adopt an aluminum-copper composite structure, usually with aluminum as the base material and a high-purity copper layer coated on the outer layer, or copper-aluminum transition joints are used to achieve efficient combination of the two materials. The aluminum material reduces the weight of the cable, lowers installation and transportation costs, while the copper layer ensures excellent electrical conductivity, making up for the defect of high resistance of pure aluminum conductors. This enables the cable to effectively reduce energy loss and improve transmission efficiency during high-voltage power transmission. This "aluminum-based copper-clad" composite structure not only utilizes the lightweight advantage of aluminum but also retains the high conductivity of copper, making it an ideal choice for balancing cost and performance.​ The diversity of cross-sectional specifications makes it widely applicable: 30mm² cables are suitable for branch lines of small and medium-sized substations, high-voltage feeders of urban distribution networks, etc.; 50mm² cables can meet the high-voltage incoming line needs of industrial parks and large enterprises; 95mm² cables are mostly used in high-voltage main lines, long-distance transmission lines and other large current transmission scenarios. Cables of different specifications can withstand high voltages of 10kV and above, and some models can even be adapted to ultra-high voltage grids such as 220kV and 500kV, with strong voltage adaptability.​ The insulation and protection system is the core guarantee of high-voltage cables. The insulation layer mostly uses XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material, which has the characteristics of high voltage resistance, aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. It can work stably in an environment of -40℃ to 90℃, effectively resisting partial discharge and electrical tree aging under high-voltage electric fields. The sheath layer is usually PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PE (polyethylene), and some models are also added with steel tape or steel wire armoring to enhance the mechanical strength and impact resistance of the cable. It is suitable for various installation methods such as direct burial, pipe laying, and tunnel laying, especially suitable for high-voltage transmission projects in complex terrain and harsh environments.​ In the application field, aluminum-copper conductor high-voltage cables are widely used in the transmission and distribution networks of power systems, including urban power grid upgrading and transformation, grid-connected transmission of new energy power stations (such as wind power and photovoltaics), high-voltage power supply in industrial parks, etc. Their composite conductor design reduces the total project cost while ensuring transmission stability and safety, becoming a preferred product with both economy and reliability in the high-voltage cable market.​ In addition, professional manufacturers strictly follow the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and relevant national standards during the production process. Through multiple quality inspection procedures such as conductor purity testing, insulation withstand voltage testing, and mechanical performance testing, they ensure that the performance of each batch of cables meets the standards.
