    This single core building wire is a core wiring product specially designed for indoor power transmission in buildings. Its core configuration includes a flexible pure copper stranded conductor, a 90°C high-temperature resistant PVC insulation layer, with a rated voltage of 600V, and covers three standard cross-sectional specifications: 2.0mm², 4.0mm², and 6.0mm². It combines flexibility, safety, and versatility, and is widely suitable for power supply of lighting, sockets, small and medium-sized electrical appliances, and power equipment in scenarios such as residences, commercial buildings, and small industrial workshops. It is a basic wiring choice that balances performance and practicality in building electrical systems.​ In terms of core performance and materials, the flexible pure copper stranded conductor is the key guarantee for its flexibility and conductivity. The conductor is made of electrolytic copper with a purity of ≥99.95%, twisted from multiple strands of fine copper wire - the 2.0mm² specification is usually composed of 19 strands of 0.37mm copper wire, the 4.0mm² is 19 strands of 0.52mm copper wire, and the 6.0mm² is 37 strands of 0.46mm copper wire. The multi-strand twisted structure greatly improves the flexibility of the wire, with a minimum bending radius of only 6 times the outer diameter of the wire. Even in narrow or complex wiring spaces such as narrow gaps in building walls, ceiling interlayers, and behind furniture, it can be easily bent and routed, avoiding the problem that single-strand solid conductors are easy to break and difficult to operate, and significantly reducing construction difficulty. At the same time, high-purity pure copper endows the conductor with excellent conductivity. The DC resistance of the 2.0mm² specification at room temperature is ≤8.21Ω/km, 4.0mm² is ≤4.11Ω/km, and 6.0mm² is ≤2.74Ω/km, which is much lower than the industry average. It can effectively reduce energy loss during current transmission, ensuring stable lighting brightness and efficient electrical operation. For example, when a 2.0mm² wire supplies power to a 10-meter-long LED light strip (power 20W), the voltage drop is only 0.03V, which is almost negligible.​ The 90°C high-temperature resistant PVC insulation layer provides reliable protection and environmental adaptability for the wire. The insulation layer is made of modified PVC material, added with high-temperature resistant stabilizers and flame retardants. It can not only maintain structural stability in a continuous high-temperature environment of 90°C, avoiding insulation softening, aging or short circuit, but also withstand short-term overload high temperatures of 130°C (such as heat generated at the moment of electrical startup). Compared with ordinary building wires with a temperature resistance of 60-75°C, its high-temperature resistance can be adapted to scenarios closer to heat sources, such as wiring around kitchen appliances and power supply lines for computer room equipment. At the same time, the PVC insulation layer has excellent electrical insulation, with an insulation resistance of ≥10¹⁴Ω·cm at room temperature and a dielectric strength of ≥20kV/mm, which can effectively isolate the conductor from the external environment and prevent electric leakage accidents. It also has certain acid and alkali resistance and moisture resistance. In humid areas such as bathrooms and basements or environments exposed to slight cleaning agent residues, it can still maintain insulation integrity and extend the service life of the wire.​ The 600V rated voltage and multi-specification coverage make it suitable for diverse building electricity needs. The 600V rated voltage complies with the low-voltage power distribution system standard, which can not only meet the needs of 220V single-phase lighting and socket circuits in residences and commercial buildings, but also adapt to the power supply of 380V three-phase power equipment (such as small air compressors and water pumps) in small industrial scenarios, with strong compatibility. The three cross-sectional specifications accurately match different load scenarios: the 2.0mm² specification has a rated current-carrying capacity of about 16-20A, mainly used for lighting circuits and power supply of small household appliances (such as desk lamps, routers, set-top boxes), and is the main specification for lighting wiring in residential bedrooms and living rooms; the 4.0mm² specification has a current-carrying capacity of about 25-32A, suitable for socket circuits in kitchens, bathrooms and other areas, and can carry medium-power appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, and electric water heaters (2-3kW); the 6.0mm² specification has a current-carrying capacity of about 35-45A, targeting high-power equipment such as air conditioners (2.5-5kW) and small industrial motors (1-3HP), which can stably transmit current and avoid wire heating or equipment failure caused by overload.​ In terms of application scenarios, relying on its versatility and adaptability, this wire covers multiple core links of building electrical systems. In residential buildings, 2.0mm² is used for lighting wiring throughout the house, 4.0mm² is matched with socket circuits, and 6.0mm² is specially wired for high-power household appliances such as air conditioners and electric water heaters, forming a layered power supply system to ensure electricity safety; in commercial buildings (such as office buildings and shops), 2.0mm² is suitable for office lighting and sockets of office equipment such as computers and printers, 4.0mm² is used for power supply of conference room projectors and small air conditioners, and 6.0mm² can meet the needs of equipment such as store freezers and display cabinets; in small industrial workshops, the 6.0mm² specification can be connected to power devices such as small machine tools and ventilation equipment, and 2.0mm² and 4.0mm² are used for workshop lighting and control circuits, realizing separate wiring of power and lighting systems for easy management and maintenance.​ Overall, through the flexibility of the flexible pure copper stranded conductor, the high-temperature safety of the 90°C PVC insulation, and the wide adaptability of 600V voltage and multi-specifications, this single core building wire not only solves the wiring problems in complex building environments, but also meets the power supply needs of equipment with different powers.
