It adopts a 5-core PVC structure, has a rated voltage of 0.6/1kv, and features flexibility. Designed specifically for underground environments, this multi-core cable is widely used in underground power distribution systems, underground lines of buildings, underground wiring in industrial plants and other scenarios. The conductor of the cable is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (purity ≥99.95%) through a fine stranding process. The 5-core structure ensures the stability and reliability of power transmission. The DC resistances of conductors of different specifications at 20℃ are: 4mm²≤4.61Ω/km, 10mm²≤1.83Ω/km, 16mm²≤1.15Ω/km. The low resistance characteristic ensures less energy loss during power transmission, which can efficiently meet the power needs of equipment with different powers. The insulation layer is made of high-quality PVC material, which has good electrical insulation performance, with a volume resistivity of ≥1×10¹³Ω·cm and an insulation strength of ≥18kV/mm, and can work stably in the ambient temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃. The insulation layer has a uniform thickness: the insulation layer thickness of 4mm² cable is about 0.8mm, 10mm² is about 1.0mm, and 16mm² is about 1.2mm, with an eccentricity of ≤15%, which can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the safety of power transmission. The sheath of the cable is also made of PVC material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of ≥12MPa and an elongation at break of ≥150%, and can resist soil corrosion, moisture erosion and external mechanical impact in underground environments. Its flexible design makes the minimum bending radius of the cable only 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. The outer diameter of 4mm² cable is about 12mm, and the minimum bending radius is about 72mm; the outer diameter of 10mm² is about 16mm, and the minimum bending radius is about 96mm; the outer diameter of 16mm² is about 19mm, and the minimum bending radius is about 114mm, which is convenient for laying and installation in underground narrow spaces or complex terrains. In terms of current-carrying capacity, cables of different specifications perform excellently: 4mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 32A when laid in air and about 25A when laid underground; 10mm² has about 60A in air and about 48A underground; 16mm² has about 80A in air and about 64A underground, which can meet the power needs of underground electrical equipment with different powers, such as submersible pumps, underground lighting, industrial machinery, etc. The production process strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system and CCC standards, with a complete quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product testing. The finished products need to pass multiple tests such as power frequency withstand voltage (3kV/5min without breakdown), insulation resistance test, mechanical performance test, aging resistance test, etc., to ensure stable and reliable product quality and provide safe and efficient guarantee for underground power transmission.
