    The 10, 20 and 35 kV XLPE insulated cables (specifications 1x185mm², 1x300mm², models N2XS2Y, NA2XS2Y) are a series of single-core cables specially designed for medium and high-voltage power transmission. They are widely used in underground or tunnel laying in various scenarios such as urban power grids, industrial parks, and new energy projects. Their flexible voltage adaptability and diverse conductor specifications enable them to meet the needs of power transmission systems with different power requirements.​ The conductor is made of high-purity copper material, which has excellent electrical conductivity and can effectively reduce energy loss during power transmission. The 1x185mm² specification is suitable for medium current load scenarios, such as branch lines of urban distribution networks and main power supply circuits in small and medium-sized industrial areas; the 1x300mm² specification can carry larger currents, and is often used in high-voltage transmission lines of large industrial facilities, power collection lines of wind farms or photovoltaic power stations, etc. The single-core design reduces the electromagnetic interference of multi-core cables, and at the same time facilitates laying in narrow spaces, improving the flexibility of installation.​ The insulation layer uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as the core material, endowing the cable with excellent electrical performance and durability. XLPE has extremely high insulation resistance and electrical strength, and can work stably under different voltage levels such as 10kV, 20kV, and 35kV, effectively isolating the conductor from the external environment and preventing faults such as leakage and breakdown. Its temperature resistance is outstanding, and it can operate continuously in an environment of -40℃ to 90℃, and can withstand high temperatures of 130℃ during short-term overload, adapting to possible temperature fluctuations during power transmission. In addition, XLPE has strong chemical stability, and is not easily eroded by acid and alkali substances and moisture in the soil, which greatly prolongs the service life of the cable and reduces maintenance costs.​ The models N2XS2Y and NA2XS2Y represent the structural characteristics of the cable, which usually include copper tape shielding, inner lining and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer sheath. The shielding layer can evenly distribute the electric field, reduce insulation aging caused by electric field concentration, and play an electromagnetic shielding role, reducing interference to surrounding communication lines or equipment. The PVC outer sheath has good mechanical strength, wear resistance and moisture resistance, and can effectively resist external factors such as soil pressure, rock extrusion, and microbial erosion in the underground environment, providing solid protection for the cable.​ Whether it is the upgrading of 10kV urban distribution networks, 20kV industrial park power transmission, or 35kV new energy project power transmission, these cables can provide stable and efficient guarantee for medium and high-voltage power systems with their reliable performance, flexible specifications and strong environmental adaptability, meeting the transmission needs in different scenarios.
