    The low-voltage power cable with pure copper strands produced by an ISO-certified manufacturer is a high-quality and highly adaptable power transmission product, widely used in industrial automation, building distribution, new energy facilities and other fields. Its rated voltage covers 0.6/1kV and below low-voltage levels, suitable for AC 50/60Hz power grids, and can meet the power transmission needs of various small and medium-sized equipment and branch lines.​ The core advantage of this cable lies in that the conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (purity ≥99.95%), which is made into multi-strand twisted wires through a precision stranding process. The pure copper material endows it with excellent conductivity. The DC resistance at 20℃ is ≤0.018Ω/km (taking 10mm² cross-section as an example), with low power transmission loss, which can maintain efficient power transmission for a long time. The stranded structure enhances the flexibility of the conductor, with a minimum bending radius of only 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, which is convenient for laying in narrow spaces, and at the same time improves the mechanical fatigue resistance and prolongs the service life.​ Three insulation material options are available: PVC, PUR and XLPE, to meet different environmental needs: PVC insulation layer can withstand 70℃, with good flame retardancy and economy, suitable for dry indoor environments, such as office building distribution branches; PUR insulation layer can withstand 90℃, with excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, can withstand -40℃ low temperature, suitable for industrial workshop machine tool wiring and outdoor mobile equipment power supply; XLPE insulation layer can withstand 105℃, with insulation resistance ≥10¹⁴Ω·cm, excellent anti-aging performance, can run stably in humid and high-temperature environments, often used in underground pipe corridors, new energy charging piles and other scenarios. All three insulation materials have passed RoHS environmental certification and do not contain heavy metals and harmful substances.​ The product specifications are rich, with conductor cross-sections ranging from 1.5mm² to 120mm², which can be flexibly selected according to load requirements. Taking 4mm² cable as an example, the current-carrying capacity when laid in air reaches 32A, and when laid underground reaches 25A, which can support the operation of single-phase equipment of about 7kW or three-phase equipment below 15kW. The outer diameter of the cable ranges from 6.2mm (1.5mm²) to 28.5mm (120mm²), suitable for various terminal blocks and pipe specifications.​ The production process strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system, and the whole process from copper smelting to finished product inspection is controllable. The pure copper strands are annealed to eliminate stress, the insulation layer adopts a three-layer co-extrusion process to ensure uniform thickness (deviation ≤10%), and the finished products need to pass more than 20 tests such as power frequency withstand voltage (3kV/5min without breakdown), partial discharge (≤5pC), and weather resistance test.
